The default setting (which I don't know whether or not i can change) is that your email address is made visible to anyone who views your profile.
If you don't mind people finding out your email address then you can stop reading.
If you want to hide your email then:
1 - Click Profile
2 - Click Edit Profile (and while you are there why not write what you would like other forum members to know about you)
3 - Click Privacy
4 - Under Email Visibility select the Share with staff only option. **
5 - Click Save Privacy Settings at the bottom of the page.
** The information you use to register is visible to the staff here as this is what happens with all forums.
