This post will keep a record of the mentions and the vox-pops of all the non-major parties on the 7pm ABC TV News (Melbourne).
If I missed something please post below to correct me. Remember I'm only recording the Melbourne 7pm news.

Dates that non-major parties are VoxPoped or mentioned:
5 May: Di Natilie VP; Zenaphon M, both on TV sports odds.
9 May: Bob Katter mentioned re putting import duties onto imported fruit.
11 May: Peter Slipper joins the United Australia Party and Clive Palmer get's VoxPop.
11 May: Adam Bandt VP at rally urging Abbott to allow a conscience vote on gay marriage.
12 May: Clive Palmer VP on Slipper joining and then leaving.
16 May: Craig Thomson VP on him standing for his seat next election as in independent.
16 May: "The Greens introduced a bill to the upper house" re firefighters getting easier access to compensation for cancer.
21 May: In a long story on Rudd coming out in support of gay marriage: "Parliament could vote on a Greens gay marriage bill next month".
22 May: Report on new charges against Craig Thomson including VoxPop.
25 May: Tony Windsor mentioned in story reporting that Barry O'Sullivan has been voted to replace Barnarby Joyce as Barnarby is challenging Windsor in New England next election.
25 May: "Independent Senator Nick Zenophon wants an investigation by the ACCC into any moves to have owners of solar panels pay fixed charges for their electricity". Report and VoxPop. Of note is that the ABC covered this tonight but never covered Energy savings could total billions, Greens say (reported by The Age).
26 May: Zenophon and Wilkie VoxPop in report of Government 'banning' live sport betting odds.
26 May: Shot of Adam Bandt (without subtitle) in crowd for Aboriginal Long Walk with words "echoed across all sides of politics".
28 May: VoxPop of Milne calling for public enquiry into leaking of ASIO building plans.
28 May: Wilkie VoxPop speaking against the major parties agreeing to increase their public electoral tax funding. Madigan also gets VoxPop. ALP story was about extra public funding but not properly covered was that undeclared political donations of up to $12k will be allowed, which the Greens denounced the deal, saying that without an overall cap on donations the electoral “arms race” would continue (Green's only mentioned in the story in a list of how much money the parties will get).
29 May: Story on more public funding for election expenses - includes VoxPop from Zenophon, then Oakeshott, Windsor, then Hanson-Young. Commentary says that "the Greens will also say no to the legislation, but not to the money" - nothing said about the other independents taking the money. Also, a key point missed by the media, whilst the earlier election funding went to all candidates who got enough votes, is this new funding just to those who won the seat (ie if so the Greens in particular loose out significantly on the funding they should get from their lower house vote).
May Summary: Federal Green's VoxPop: 4, 'Independents' VoxPop: 7
6 June: Colleen Hartland, Victorian Greens MLC, VoxPop on Vic. state government not being transparent re E-W tunnel.

20 June: Greens legislation in the Senate today to make legal overseas gay marriages not even mentioned.
23 June: The 40th Australian soldier killed in Afghanistan, and as always with the ABC, no mention of any opposition by about half the public and the Greens to our troops still being there (and to achieve what?). Smith, the Defence Minister calls this work "strategically important" and Gillard reminds us that "the mission is ongoing". Very unusually for the ABC we don't hear from the Opposition (also supporting our troops being in Afganistan). Just the day before Gillard and Abbott had 'honoured the fallen' at a new memorial. Respect and an honour to our soldiers. Both Gillard and Abbott are really saying is that they think, which I don't really understand how, that our troops being in Afghanistan has been worth 40 deaths.
23 June: Segment on problems for asylum seekers who arrived by boat who are not allowed to work included a comment from Louse Ryan 'Labor for Refugees' but didn't include anything from the Greens. No politics mentioned except for the last sentence of the report "The summit runs until Monday when there will be a political Q&A involving Labor, the Coalition, and the Greens."
14 July: In long report on Rudd moving to an ETS a year earlier get "Launching the Green's election Policy Platform today Christine Milne went further" then VoxPop of Milne on Insiders saying "It's cowardly, Kevin Rudd is a fake on the climate" and that's it.
15 July: Zenophon VoxPop in report on need to fix up Air Traffic Control system.
